ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed on an hourly basis during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend and evening orders are processed on the next business day. One of our Associates will contact you if there are any questions regarding your order.

ORDER CHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED AND/OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS

If you need to contact us to request a change to your customized and/or personalized order, we will make every effort to make the change; however, we process orders very quickly and cannot guarantee that your change can be made.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently ship to any location outside of the United States.

TEMPORARY SITUATIONS

We regret that from time to time we cannot accept orders that will be shipped to areas or locations devastated by untoward weather conditions. In these instances, we are guided by the restrictions of the United States Postal Service. Thankfully, these situations are temporary.

Please note our requirement that a separate order be placed for each shipping address.

In the rarest event of a defective item, you may return it for an exchange of the exact item within three (3) days. All other sales are final.
